The trust layer · beneath every portal

Four commitments.
One doctrine.

This page is maintained by Oritura, Inc. to describe the four commitments beneath every portal — Aria, Clareo, Firmata, Lavita. It is not a certification and not legal advice.

Privacy-tiered vault

Yours before it is anyone else's.

Aria encrypts entries on your device before they leave it. Your vault is tiered — private, shared-with-attorney, filed — and nothing moves tier without your explicit consent.

Evidence integrity

Every fact, traceable.

Each entry is timestamped and hashed on save. Attachments get SHA-256 fingerprints and a consent trail. If it ever needs to stand up in front of an agency or a court, the chain of custody is already built.

Legal-advice boundary

Not a law firm. Not a substitute.

Oritura organizes your record. It does not practice law. Every Ignita output ships with the same disclosure: Preview. Not legal advice. Attorney-reviewed: false. Handoff to Firmata is how real advice enters the loop.

Worker-first doctrine

The worker is the customer.

Every design decision resolves in the worker's favor. No employer contracts. No adversarial data sales. The only party we optimize the intake dead zone for is the person who lived the harm.
